Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PRESTIA. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms and the PRESTIA Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to use the service, and keep your password, session, and developer keys confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may use PRESTIA only lawfully and only with content, accounts, websites, files, and data you are authorized to access. You must not use PRESTIA to violate privacy or intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, conduct fraud, harass or harm others, create unlawful content, interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, or evade plan limits and security controls.
AI features and generated content
PRESTIA may provide chat, research, file analysis, image and video generation, website generation, workspace tools, and automation planning. AI output may be incomplete, biased, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must independently review output before using it for legal, financial, medical, employment, security, business, or other consequential decisions.
PRESTIA does not guarantee that generated code, websites, media, research, or recommendations are original, error-free, secure, available, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and obtaining rights for generated or uploaded material before publishing or using it.
Third-party services
Some features may use third-party services, including AI, hosting, email, storage, or research providers. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, content rules, usage limits, and charges may apply separately. PRESTIA is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Files, credentials, and website actions
You are responsible for permission to upload files or provide website task details. Do not provide passwords, API keys, payment credentials, or other secrets unless the feature explicitly requires them and you understand the risk. Review website tasks carefully and approve consequential actions before they occur.
Plans, limits, and development access
Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown in your account. During development, the operator may temporarily grant premium access to registered users without changing their billing plan. Development access may be removed or changed before production launch.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you already own in content you submit. You grant PRESTIA the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for third-party rights, licenses, trademarks, and permissions.
Availability and changes
PRESTIA is under active development. Features may change, be unavailable, or be removed. We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address security risks. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage.
Account termination
You may stop using PRESTIA and request account deletion. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRESTIA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated version will show a new revision date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Contact
For questions about these terms, use the support or contact channel provided by the PRESTIA operator. These terms should be reviewed and adapted with qualified legal advice before production launch.
