PRESTIA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PRESTIA collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you create an account or use the PRESTIA application.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, password hash, account preferences, plan, sign-in sessions, and verification information. We also store the content you choose to provide, including conversations, prompts, uploaded files, memories, projects, generated websites, generated media, and workspace records.

We receive basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, IP-related security data, error logs, and usage counters. We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers through the application unless a future payment provider explicitly handles that information.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide requested AI and workspace features, enforce plan limits, save and display your work, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, communicate about your account, and improve the reliability and security of PRESTIA.

AI providers and local models

Depending on the feature and configuration, relevant prompts, conversation context, file content, or generation instructions may be processed by an AI provider configured by the operator, including OpenAI. If PRESTIA is configured to use Ollama, requests may instead be processed by a locally hosted model. The provider may receive only the content needed for the feature you requested, but no online service can guarantee zero risk.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, financial account credentials, health information, confidential business information, or other sensitive data unless you are authorized to do so and have assessed the risks.

Files and generated content

Uploaded files are stored so PRESTIA can analyze and attach them to your work. Generated images, videos, websites, and related metadata may be stored in your library. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required for anything you upload, generate, or share.

Cookies and sessions

PRESTIA uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. The session cookie is not intended for advertising or cross-site tracking. Signing out removes the active session from the account.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, email, hosting, security, and AI providers only as needed to operate requested features, protect the service, or comply with law. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. You may delete conversations, files, workspace records, and your account through available account controls or by contacting the service operator. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.

Your choices and rights

You may review or update account information, delete content where controls are available, stop using optional features, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to applicable law. Requests should include the email address associated with the account and may require identity verification.

Security

PRESTIA uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, authenticated sessions, access checks, and scoped user records. No system is completely secure. Notify the service operator promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Children

PRESTIA is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to use online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PRESTIA changes. The updated version will show a new revision date. Continued use after an update means that you acknowledge the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.

Contact

For privacy questions or data requests, use the support or contact channel provided by the PRESTIA operator. This document should be reviewed and adapted with qualified legal advice before production launch.
